Getting there from the Information Centre

Take the A811 for Balloch & Stirling. Follow for 7 miles until you reach the T junction. Turn left, then take 2nd left to Drymen. Take first left in Drymen and follow the road for approximately 2 miles, passing through Buchanan Smithy, Milton of Buchanan is the next group of houses and The Old Schoolhouse is the first house on the left.

Take the M8 westbound from Glasgow, heading for Greenock. Leave the M8 at junction 30, Erskine Bridge. Go over the bridge amd join the A82, following signs for Crianlarach. At the 4th roundabout (at Balloch) take the 3rd exit for Balloch and Stirling - A811. Go straight through the next 2 roundabouts and follow the road for 7 miles until you reach a T junction. Turn left, then take 2nd left to Drymen. Take first left in Drymen and follow the road for approximately 2 miles, passing through Buchanan Smithy, Milton of Buchanan is the next group of houses and The Old Schoolhouse is the first house on the left.

Getting There by Railway

Take the train from Glasgow to Balloch. From Balloch train station take the Balloch - Balmaha bus to Milton of Buchanan. The Old Schoolhouse is on the left immediately before the school.

Getting there by Aeroplane
